With a Nokia phone, Internet connectivity should be easier, as you can install the Nokia PC Suite and use it to connect to internet. Here is a tutorial that shows the process, assuming that you have your wap profile defined and the software installed.

Last time I checked, this still works. Please check your signal strength though, as there aren’t that many cell towers in rural areas and most of them are placed near routes. Nowadays there are better plans at Ancel, you may also want to check with Claro / Movistar as well since the 3G coverage has gotten better over time.
